If it's not un glased clay you can use salt and hand washin- up liquid
Teanerd who loves tea so much that i started a tea shop www.tealovers.se!Host of Tea savvity and the swedish version Te ifokusFollow me on Facebook and instagram
Does it have to sit a bit with salty water first or do you wash it immediately?
#2 No you use the salt as a kind of gentle sandpaper, it does not harm the cup but is rough enough to take away the tea stains
The way I find the easiest is to use a "stain eraser" (for Swedish users). It removes tea and coffee stains in seconds.
sugar cubes with a drop ofhand washing up liquid should work to. I havn't tried it for tea stains but it works wonders för burned food (come to think about it thanks to #6 tip)
I use baking soda
