A study comparing tea, coffee and soda drinkers and their risk of glaucoma showed that persons that drans 1 cup or more of tea a day had 74% lower risk of glaucoma than non tea drinkers.

The study was based on 1,678 participants and their eye test resoults and interviews. The study does not show however if it's the tea itself or other lifestyle choices.
