Brewing tea

How is your water for brewing tea?

The water is super important when your making your tea. If your water is bad you can have the best tea in the world, it will still not taste good enough.

How is your water? Do you use any filter? Can you use your tap water or di you have to buy your water?

We have our own well and it's super good water, and it's on a mountain so it's almost like spring water.

We don't use any filter or anything like that.

I consider us lucky for having so good water.

Our water is good. No problem using it for tea and other drinks.

Best regards, Niklas

I just use tap water and I think it’s pretty good.

I use tap water! but I always put fresh water in the kettle and never boil it twice as I hear that means it has more oxygen which makes for better tea.

All the best, Leia
