Testing new teas for the shop
Sometimes it's hard deciding and teas can be tricky. The one that looked the best and almost smelled the best (they were quite similar) had a bitter tone when made. The cups and bowls are a cupping set made for testing Tea. I made it as a blind test and as you can see I have written a Little about the teas before testing. It's the smell and look of the dry leafs. Then later I look and smell the wet leafs and the drink and at last I taste the tea

How often do you test new teas like this?
Best regards, Niklas 🎈
#1 I do it in periods. I normally decide"it's time for new teas" and get some new teas and then it can be months before next time

#5 oh thats a big question but if I would choose just one I think it would be that it have to have depth in the flavours. Not just one or two flavours but severel tones that change in the mouth and differs between the different brews. A Tea that smells great, looks great but have a flat flavour is not as great as a Tea that looks a little off but have depth
