A video on caffeine

I found this video about what happens in your body when you drink caffeine. And since all Tea contains caffeine (unless it has been decaffeinated) it can be quite an informative video. Note. Caffeine do not have it's origin where the video say, coffee does. Tea was consumed way before that.

I wonder if her speediness towards the end was acted or real. :-)

Yes, for chocolate I have a time limit. I'm kept awake till 3 in the morning if I eat dark chocolate too late in the afternoon. It's great if I'm about to drive for a whole day though.

I wouldn't know if it is a good thing at this point, but I feel that the effects of caffeine do not really hit me, so I never set a curfew as such for caffeinated drinks. I can't imagine it being a good thing necessarily.
