Here in the US we drink a lot of iced tea in the spring and summer. This video shows how to avoid having bitter iced tea.

I always recommend that you cold brew your ice tea. I always do it and it always turns out great.

If you use high quality tea you can use the same tea leaf severel times too. Just add new water when you have used up all the ready tea.

I normally make it quite strong and dilute it with water when I serve it. So if I would want a sweet ice tea I just sweeten that water.
