Soon there will be summer (here), and with summer comes heat, and with heat goes ice cream.

Will you make Tea icecream and Tea ice lollies this summer?

If so, what kind? If not, why?

I will, I'm Planning on trying a jasmintea granita (and maybe other Tea granitas. Or atleast I think they are called granita).

I will try to make an youghurt matcha lollie (is it called that?)

More ice lolloes (I think Ceylon OP1 will be awsome in a ice lollie)

And if I can get my hands on a icecream recipie where you don't need a icecream maker I'll try to make matcha icecream from scratch and a Earl grey ice cream.

I also hope to have found mochi rice flour so that I can try to make mochi icecream with matcha

I don't know if Tea ice cream would be to my liking, but I love the idea of ice lollies! Do you reckon you'd be able to freeze fruit inside them, for instance, lemon?

All the best, Leia

#2 That would probebly be great, I'm thinking of trying strawberrys this year and last year I had blueberries in one type (The one on the right).

And I will probebly try adding my dried lemon zest this year too

I can't say I have ever heard of Tea ice lollies before, but I'm certainly intrigued now!

#4 They are supereasy to do. You make your Tea extra sweet and extra strong och if you want you can add some flavouring. Then you let it cool, apply garnish in the molds and then the Tea and freeze.

In the picture in #0 its Sencha Kyoto if I remember it correctly with white sugar, and added tealeafs. Then it's Assam TGFOP with honey and rose petals and the third is red rooibos with brown sugar and blueberries. Everyone in the family had different favorites but we agreed that they were all tasty

#5 That sounds delicious! To make it sweeter would you suggest sugar or another alternative?

#6 that depends on what flavour youre going for. The different sweeteners worked out perfect with each Tea in my tests
