Genmaicha is a green Tea with roasted brown rice. It has a very pleasant aroma! I used to drink it all the time when I was growing up. It was definitely a favorite of mine. Sadly, I haven’t had it in years. I reminded myself of it when I was discussing with a friend our favorite types of Tea. I brought up this Tea, which I had forgotten the name of it in the moment. I described it as tasting like popcorn! And my friend thought it sounded strange haha. Have you tried it before?
